- USO DEL VEHICULO: El arrendatario recibe en alquiler el vehículo descrito en el presente contrato de alquiler, en perfectas condiciones de uso, con todos sus documentos, neumáticos, herramientas y accesorios y se compromete a conservarlos y conducir el vehículo cumpliendo las normas del Código de Circulación y con sentido común.
El arrendatario se responsabiliza de todos los desperfectos ocasionados sobre el vehículo durante el presente contrato de alquiler y asume todos gastos y perjuicios ocasionados a Line Rent a Car 2020 SL.
Conductas y situaciones prohibidas y que no cubre el seguro, el arrendador sanciona con el importe de la fianza o hasta cubrir el coste total de los gastos.
-SALIR FUERA DE PENINSULA – SE CANCELA EL CONTRATO SIN PREVIO AVISO.
-Conducir vehículo por personas no autorizadas en contrato, o en condiciones físicas limitadas por alcohol, drogas, fatiga, enfermedad o cualquier otra causa, o hablar por el teléfono al volante-se penaliza con cancelación el contrato.
-Fumar en el coche-se penaliza 100€
-Usar vehículo inadecuadamente: Empujar o remolcar otros vehículos. En carreras, concursos o desafíos de cualquier clase.
-Repostarlo con combustible no adecuado-penaliza 200€ o total factura de reparación.
-Transportar animales, mercancías comerciales se penaliza 200€ según indica punto 5
-Subarrendar el vehículo explícita o implícitamente a personas.
-Circular fuera del territorio nacional peninsular, salvo autorización expresa y escrita de la empresa (se cancela el contrato y se asume toda responsabilidad por el arrendatario igual como todos gastos de recuperación del coche.
-Pérdida de cualquier documento, llave, herramientas, llantas, neumáticos, accesorios y demás componente del vehículo. Y deterioros que no sean por el uso normal y razonable del vehículo.
-Devolver el vehículo en mal estado de limpieza interna o externa. Desperfectos del interior del vehículo (palancas, tapizado, quemaduras, volantes etc.). O no entregar vehículo en fecha y lugar establecido en contrato u en horario comercial. El precio de cada día de retraso en la entrega de vehículo será establecido por Line Rent a Car 2020 SL, con un mínimum 100 euros diarios, dependiendo de la clase del mismo. Y si el traslado del vehículo al lugar señalado corre por cuenta del arrendador son otros 100 euros. No devolver el vehículo con combustible como se entregó conlleva un importe de 140 euros salvo acuerdo previo en el contrato.
-No cumplimentar en forma y tiempo partes de accidente o no ajustarse a la realidad los mismos.
-En caso de no contratar seguro por cuenta del arrendatario en los acordados en contrato.
-Gestiones por multas o infracciones de tráfico o leyes, reglamentos u ordenanzas. Y si el arrendador paga por cuenta del arrendatario las mismas, el importe de las mismas será adicional a la fianza.
Cuando apliquen más de 2 guiones anteriores a la vez, el importe adicional se cobrará según punto 5 de este contrato.
Line Rent a Car 2020 SL reserva el derecho de la anulación del contrato de alquiler en cualquier caso de incumplimiento de las normas que ha expuesto, o cualquier caso que levanta sospechas sobre el uso de los vehículos y procederá a reclamar los perjuicios causados por parte del arrendatario.
- PERMISO DE CONDUCIR: El arrendatario deberá de estar en posesión del correspondiente permiso de conducir en vigor y con una antigüedad mínima de 4 años, y su edad mínima será igual o mayor a 25 años. Si no se cumplen requisitos se podrá concretar condiciones adicionales a este contrato con acuerdo entre las partes.
- FIANZA: A la firma del contrato o propuesta, se depositará la fianza, según clase y grupo vehículo (1050€-1800€). Desde fecha de devolución de vehículo, fianza se retendrá un máximo de 30 días siempre y cuando no haya desperfectos, sanciones, reparaciones o siniestros mayores lo cual conlleva su no devolución y el cobro como sanción o compensación de lo indicado en otros puntos de este contrato. Se retiene para cubrir posibles desperfectos ocasionados sobre el vehículo, por parte de arrendatario o terceros, sea o no sea el cliente el culpable, y son para cubrir los posibles desperfectos y sanciones al arrendador,queda excluida la franquicia y fianza contratando el seguro a todo riesgo mediante el pago con tarjeta de credito.
- DEVOLUCIÓN DEL VEHICULO: El arrendatario devolverá el vehículo alquilado, junto con todos sus documentos, neumáticos, herramientas y accesorios, en el lugar y la fecha estipulada en el presente contrato de alquiler. Si el Arrendatario decidiera finalizar el alquiler con anterioridad a la fecha señalada en el presente contrato de alquiler, no tendrá derecho a la devolución del importe correspondiente a los días no disfrutados de uso del vehículo. El Arrendatario devuelve el vehículo con el mismo nivel de combustible que en la fecha inicial del contrato, salvo en casos especiales, promociones y acuerdos que se apliquen por parte del Arrendador.
En el caso de que el arrendatario se niega a pagar los importes del alquiler correspondientes , o devolver el vehiculo- SE CANCELA EL CONTRATO SIN AVISO PREVIO.
- GASTOS POSTERIORES AL ALQUILER: El Arrendatario autoriza al Arrendador a cobrar con posterioridad a la finalización del alquiler del vehículo por sistemas de pagos electrónicos o con cualquier otro sistema de cobro todos aquellos gastos, sanciones, multas, reparaciones o demás situaciones provocadas por su mal uso y que superen la cifra de la fianza y sean necesarios para restituir al arrendador en el perjuicio causado.
-Reparaciones en paragolpes, aletas puertas desde 300€ o total de coste reparaciones solo en talleres concertados por Line Rent a Car 2020 SL
-Gestión de denuncias 35€
-Limpieza del vehículo 150€ o si es necesario coste total de cambio de fundas o detalles de plásticos
-Pinchazos en las ruedas 35€ pinchazos, o si es necesario cambiar juego de neumáticos-el coste total, ni un caso se entrega coche sustitución.
-Transportar animales 200€ o el coste total para reacondicionar el coche.
-Los gastos de reparación de daños causados al vehículo (roturas del embrague, motor, caja de cambios…) en caso de accidente o conductas inadecuadas serán resarcidos en el coste de los mismos adicional a la fianza o pago directo desde 1500€ en caso de no haber depositado fianza, hasta satisfacer el gasto total de la reparación a cargo de arrendatario. Las reparaciones se hacen en talleres autorizados-oficiales según la marca del vehículo, elegidos exclusivamente por Line Rent a Car 2020 SL.
En caso del que vehículo sea declarado siniestro total o sea inservible para su uso, se Indemnizará por el valor de nuevo de un vehículo, incluyendo los elementos opcionales que estuvieran consignados en el vehículo. Si el coche ya no se fabrica, pagarán la cantidad correspondiente al modelo equivalente que lo sustituya.
- SEGUROS: Las tarifas de alquiler incluyen las coberturas del Seguro Obligatorio del Automóvil y del Complementario de Responsabilidad Civil por los daños y perjuicios frente a terceros derivados del uso y circulación del vehículo. Estas coberturas quedan garantizadas y son asumidas por el asegurador con el que el Arrendador tenga concertada la correspondiente póliza de seguro y quedan sujetas al clausulado general y particular de la misma ley. Mediante la firma del contrato de alquiler el Arrendatario se adhiere como asegurado a la mencionada póliza. De igual modo están asegurados los daños del propio vehículo producidos como consecuencia de accidente o robo, siempre que se cumplan las siguientes condiciones:
-Que el Arrendatario, en caso de accidente, envíe al Arrendador un parte de accidente dentro del plazo de 48 horas después de producirse el mismo en plazo y forma adecuado;
-Que la compañía aseguradora no rechace el siniestro, como consecuencia de no conducir el vehículo en las condiciones físicas exigidas por el Código de Circulación.
Quedan expresamente excluidas de las garantías del seguro, y se penalizan posteriormente sin previo aviso una vez finalizado el contrato las cláusulas de punto 1 y 5 arriba citado. Y no podrán ser cubiertas totalmente o parcialmente, mediante la contratación expresa de ni un seguro especifico o abonando un importe extra.
Si el cliente ha provocado incidente de tráfico con el vehículo, no le pertenece coche de sustitución en ni un caso. Se le puede negar la contratación de seguro a todo riesgo.
- ACCIDENTES: En caso de accidente, el Arrendatario se compromete a:
-Obtener los datos de la parte contraria y posibles testigos, cumplimentando un parte de accidente firmado por la parte contraria, que remitirá al Arrendador dentro del plazo de 48 horas después de producirse el mismo en plazo y forma adecuada.
-No reconocer o prejuzgar la responsabilidad de los hechos
-Notificar inmediatamente a la autoridad si la culpabilidad de la otra parte debe ser investigada o si hay personas heridas
-No abandonar el vehículo alquilado, sin tomar medidas adecuadas para protegerlo. Se hace responsable a las circunstancias el conductor titular.
- RoBOS Y PÉRDIDAS: La empresa no se hace responsable de los objetos robados, olvidados o perdidos en el interior del vehículo.
- RESPONSABILIDAD DEL ARRENDADOR: El Arrendador declara haber tomado las debidas precauciones para evitar fallos mecánicos del vehículo alquilado, pero en caso de producirse esto, no asume ninguna responsabilidad por los perjuicios que directa o indirectamente pudieran causarle al Arrendatario, como consecuencia de dichos fallos o averías
- ARENDAMIENTO MOTOS Y VEHICULOS ELECTRICOS: A las Motos, bicicletas y toda clase de vehículos eléctricos no está permitido circular a una distancia superior a 60km desde el punto dónde se le ha entregado al cliente. Esta prohibido circular totalmente por autovías y auto pistas de altas velocidades o fuera de carreteras asfaltadas. Todos perjuicios causados corren a cargo del arrendatario.
- DISPOSITIVO DE RETENCION OBLIGATORIO HOMOLOGADO: En el caso de utilización del vehículo para el transporte de niños menores de 3 años o mayores que no superan la altura de 150 cm, el Arrendatario debe comunicarlo a la empresa para que le facilite, previo pago de la tarifa de alquiler correspondiente, el dispositivo de retención obligatorio homologado, de acuerdo con el peso y la talla del niño o persona que debe utilizarlo. La instalación del mismo será la responsabilidad del Arrendatario.
- TRATAMIENTO INFORMATICO DE LOS DATOS PERSONALES: A efecto de los dispuestos en la normativa vigente relativa a la protección de datos con carácter personal y servicios de la sociedad de la información y comercio electrónico, LINE RENT A CAR 2020 SL, con NIF B42697417 le informa de que sus datos personales van a ser incorporados a un fichero automatizado de datos de carácter personal, creado y bajo la responsabilidad de esta empresa, con domicilio en Av.DEL ALBIR Nº79 LOCAL 7, 03581 ALFAZ DEL PI, Alicante, con el fin de poder gestionar los servicios de alquiler de vehículos contratados, así como para mantenerle puntualmente informado de todas aquellas ofertas, productos o promociones, propios o de terceros, que puedan ser de su interés, bien por correo electrónico, o bien por cualquier otro modo equivalente, Usted otorga su conocimiento expreso para él envió de publicidad a través de dicho medio. Dicho consentimiento podrá ser revocado en cualquier momento, mediante petición escrita, dirigida a la dirección Av. DEL ALBIR Nº79 LOCAL 7 , 03581 ALFAZ DEL PI, Alicante, o mediante correo electrónico al email info@linerentacar.com. Del mismo modo, sus datos podrán ser cedidos a otras empresas de los sectores de transportes y turismo que colaboran ahora o en el futuro, en las actividades que lleve a cabo LINE RENT A CAR 2020 SL, para que desarrollen actividades promocionales. Por último, le comunicamos que puede ejercitar los derechos de acceso, modificación o cancelación mediante petición escrita, dirigida al Dpto. de Atención al Cliente de LINE RENTA A CAR 2020 SL, a la dirección arriba indicada.

- LEGISLACION Y JURISDICCION APLICABLES: El presente contrato se regirá y será interpretado de acuerdo con las leyes españolas. Cualquier divergencia que surgiera entre el Arrendador y el Arrendatario será sometida al fuero de los Tribunales de Alicante, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro.
- TRADUCCION: Las traducciones que figuran en el anverso de este contrato no son vinculantes, teniendo validez, únicamente su redacción en español.
- ACUERDO CON LAS CONDICIONES: FIRMANDO ESTE CONTRATO EN LA PARTE DELANTERA EL ARENDATARIO CONFIRMA DE HABER LEIDO EL PRESENTE CONTRATO Y ESTA DE ACUERDO CON LA POLITICA DE LINE RENT A CAR 2020 SL.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
- USING THE VEHICLE: The lesser receive the rented vehicle described in this lease, in perfect condition , with all documents, tires, tools and accessories and undertakes to keep and drive the vehicle to meet the standards of the Code Circulation and common sense .
The client is responsible for all damages caused to the vehicle during the current lease and assumes all costs and damages caused to Line Rent a Car 2020 SL .
Any prohibited behaviors and situations not covered by insurance, the lessor sanctioned by the amount of lesser or to cover the total cost of expenditure.
-DRIVING OUT OF PENINSULA- THE CONTRACT IS CANCELED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
-Driving the vehicle by unauthorized persons on contract, or physical condition limited by alcohol, drugs, fatigue, illness or any other cause, or talking on the phone at the wheel-cancellate the contract.
-Smocking inside the car-100€.
-Using the vehicle improperly: Push or tow other vehicles. In races, contests or challenges of any kind-cancel the contract
-Refuel with inadequate fuel charge 200€ or total reparation of the car.
-Transport of Animals, commercial goods -200€, read point 5
-Sublet the people explicitly or implicitly vehicle.
-Drive outside the peninsular national territory, unless express written authorization of the company (cancel the contract and accept all responsibility from the lessee.
-Loss of any document, wrench, tools, tires, accessories and other vehicle component. And damage than the normal and reasonable use of the vehicle.
-Return the car in bad conditions of internal or external cleaning. Damage inside the vehicle (levers, upholstery, burns, flyers etc.). Or not deliver vehicle date and place established in contract or in business hours. Every day more in the delivery vehicle will be minimum 100 euros per day depending of each class of car. And if the conveyance of the vehicle to the place indicated is borne by the lessor are another 100 euros. Do not return the car with fuel as surrender involves an amount of 140 euros unless previously agreed in the contract.

-Gestion’s by fines or traffic violations or laws, regulations or ordinances. And if the landlord pays the tenant the same, the amount thereof shall be in addition to the bond.
When applying more than 2 previous scripts at once, the additional amount will be charged according to item 5 of this contract.
Line Rent a Car 2020 SL reserves the right to cancel the rental contract in any case of breach of the rules that have been exposed, or any case that raises suspicions about the use of vehicles and proceed to claim damages caused by the lesser.
- DRIVING LICENCE : The lessee must be in possession of the corresponding valid driving permit and a minimum period of 3 years, and its minimum age is equal or greater than 25 years. If requirements are not met it may specify additional conditions to this contract agreement between the parties .
- DEPOSIT: Upon signing the contract or proposal, the deposit shall be deposited, according to class and group vehicle (1050 € -1800 € ) . From date of vehicle return, deposit a maximum of 30 days provided will be retained as there is no damage, penalties, major repairs or accidents which leads its non-refoulment and the collection as a penalty or compensation indicated elsewhere in this contract . It is retained to cover any damages caused to the vehicle by the lessee or third parties , whether or not the customer ‘s fault, and are to cover possible damages and penalties to the lessor,excluded this excess and deposit by contracting the all risk insurance with credit card payment,.
- RETURN OF VEHICLE: The lessee will return the rented vehicle, together with all its documents, tires, tools and accessories in place and the date stipulated in the present lease. If Lessee decides to terminate the tenancy before the date specified in this lease, you are not entitled to the refund for the days not taken vehicle usage amount . Lessee returns the vehicle with the same level of fuel in the start date of the contract, except in exceptional cases, promotions and agreements are implemented by the Lessor.
In the event that the lessee refuses to pay the corresponding rent amounts, or return the car- THE CONTRACT IS CANCELED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
- AFTER THE RENTAL COSTS: The Lessee authorizes the Lessor to charge after the end of the rental vehicle for electronic payment systems or any other system of charging all expenses, penalties, fines, repairs or other situations caused by their misuse and exceeding the amount of the deposit and necessary to restore the lessor in the injury.
-Reparations of bumpers, doors, o any panels of the car from 300€ o total costs of the reparations only in authorized garages from Line Rent a Car 2020 SL
-Management of fine tickets 35€
-Cleaning interior of the vehicle 150€ and if its needed total coast for change seat upholstery
-Tires 35€ or total costs if need two same tires or total reparation, in no case is car replacement given.
-Transporting animals 200€ o total coast for reconditioning of the car.
-The cost of repairing damage to the vehicle (broken clutch, engine, gearbox …) in case of accident or inappropriate behavior will be charge the minimum cost 1500€ or the additional them to bail to meet the total cost of the repair charge tenant. Repairs are done in authorized-official workshops according to vehicle make, chosen exclusively by Line Rent a Car 2020SL.
In case the vehicle is declared a total loss or unusable for use, shall be indemnified by the value back of a vehicle, including optional items that were entered in the vehicle. If the car is no longer manufactured, they will pay the full amount to the equivalent model to replace it.
- INSURANCE: Rental rates include coverage of compulsory motor insurance and Supplemental Liability for damages against third parties arising from the use and circulation of the vehicle. These coverages are guaranteed and are assumed by the insurer with whom the Lessor has the corresponding insurance policy and are subject to general and particular clauses of the Act. By signing the lease Lessee adheres as secured to the aforementioned policy. Similarly insured vehicle damage itself produced as a result of accident or theft, provided that the following conditions are met:
That the Lessee, in case of accident, the Lessor send an accident report within 48 hours after it on time and proper form occur;
Which the insurance company does not reject the claim, as a result of not driving the vehicle in the physical conditions required by the Highway Code.
They are expressly excluded from the insurance coverage and penalizes without notice, once the contract ended clauses 1 and 5 point cited above. And they may not be fully or partially covered by the express or hiring a specific insurance or paying an extra amount.
If the customer has caused traffic incident with the vehicle, does not belong replacement car. You can be denied the purchase of full-risk insurance.
- ACCIDENTS: In case of accident, Lessee agrees:
-Get Data from the opposing party and possible witnesses , filling in an accident report signed by the opposing party, to be sent to the Lessor within 48 hours after it produced on time and properly.
-No liability or guilt recognize the facts
-Notify Authority immediately if the guilt of the other party should be investigated or if there are injured people
-Not Leave the rented vehicle without taking adequate measures to protect him. All responsibility still for the titular or the driver of the contract
- THEFT AND LOSSES : The company is not responsible for stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle objects.
- LIABILITY OF THE LESSEE: The Lessor has taken all necessary precautions to prevent mechanical failure of rented vehicle but if this occurs, assumes no responsibility for any damages that may directly or indirectly cause the Lessee, as a result of such failures or malfunction.
10 RENT A MOTOSCOOTERS AND ELECTRIC VEHICLES: Motoscooters, bicycles and all kinds of electric vehicles are not allowed to travel more than 60km from the point where they have been delivered to the customer. It is forbidden to drive completely through highways and high speed auto tracks or off roads. All damages caused are borne by the lessee.
- MANdATORY RETAINING DEVICE APPROVED: In the case of a vehicle for transporting children under 3 years or older who do not exceed the height of 150 cm , the Lessee must notify the company to provide it , upon payment of the corresponding rental fee , approved the mandatory retention device , according to the weight and size of the child or person to use it. Its installation will be the responsibility of the Lessee
- COMPUTER PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA: All arranged effect of current regulations on the protection of personal data and services of the information society and electronic commerce, LINE RENT A CAR 2020 SL, with NIF B informs that their personal data will be incorporated into an automated file of personal data created and under the responsibility of the company, located at Av. DEL ALBIR No. 79 LOCAL 7, 03581 ALFAZ DE PI, Alicante, in order to manage services rental of hired vehicles, and to keep you informed of all the offers, products or promotions, own or third parties that may be of interest, either by email, or by any other equivalent way, you give your knowledge express to send advertising through this medium. This consent may be revoked at any time by written request addressed to the address Av. DEL ALBIR No.79 LOCAL 7, 03581 ALFAZ DEL PI, Alicante, or email to info@linerentacar.com email. Similarly, your data may be transferred to other companies in the transport and tourism sectors collaborating now or in the future, the activities carried out LINE RENT A CAR 2020 SL, to develop promotional activities. Finally, we inform you that you may exercise rights of access, modification or cancellation by written request addressed to the Department. Customer RENT A CAR LINE 2020 SL, at the above address.

- TRANSLATIONS: Translations listed on the front of this contract are not binding, still valid, only the wording in Spanish .
